How do I request transportation?
Complete our online booking calendar or contact Leeway Rides by phone or text. Please provide your pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger count, and trip type.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Advance scheduling is strongly recommended. Same-day requests may be considered based on driver availability, but transportation is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Is booking through the calendar a confirmed ride?
Online bookings and requests are subject to confirmation and availability by our team.
Do you provide one-way and round-trip transportation?
Yes. Customers may request one-way, round-trip, recurring, local, or out-of-town transportation.
Do you provide medical transportation?
We provide scheduled, non-emergency transportation for ambulatory passengers traveling to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. We are not an ambulance or emergency medical service.
